A Site Manager role, built for you 

As a Site Manager at Built, you could have the ability to manage, coordinate, report on, and advise on all aspects of projects across all built-forms ranging from $100K to $1 billion.

This opportunity exists within our established and growing ACT Business Unit who continue to thrive in a highly competitive market.

The Site Manager position is responsible for successfully directing and managing all on site activities with a strong emphasis on safety and services coordination. The role will require precise planning and scheduling of task with the ability to adapt to building conditions at key milestones. This will require proactively resolving and minimising buildability constraints with key subcontractors and client representatives.

The role will be supported by administrative and site-based personnel to ensure smooth and timely delivery of work packages. The work package is a key component of the capital works upgrade for a key commonwealth client.

Experience working in live environment and diligent management of multiple stakeholders will be kindly looked upon. The position offers long-term continuity of work, offers an array of opportunity from pre-construction tasks, temporary provisions, and construction components.

Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role:

• Possess a relevant building related trade or degree
• Have extensive experience delivering Fitout & Refurbishment projects for Government clients
• Have experience with well-known major building contractors
• Must have Australian Security Clearance or ability to obtain
• Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
• Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
