An opportunity, Built for you

As the Office Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office on a day to day basis. This role involves a combination of administration and clerical tasks aimed at supporting the team and enhancing the overall efficiency of the office environment.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Reception – answering front desk phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support- Provide admin support to office staff, including scheduling meetings, organising calendars and preparing documents as required. Order office supplies and ensure adequate inventory and organising couriers. Processing invoices and expenses. Provide high quality support to the management team and other departments.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of the office facilities & office equipment. Coordinate with IT support any technical issues, manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord.
  • Events- Assist in planning and organising any office events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate catering for office, meetings, and events.
  • Coordination – Assist in the preparation and coordination of department projects. Organise staff car parking as required for teams/project sites. Provide building access to all staff.

  • Previous experience in an Administrative, Reception or Coordination role, where your multitasking skills and creative flare shine through.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite
  • Strong communication and organisation skills, along with your eye for detail will see your success in this role!
