This is where you take ownership of how building services come together on complex projects. You’ll lead the coordination, design and delivery of critical systems, working closely with project teams and subcontractors to bring technically challenging builds to life.

The Opportunity

As part of the Services team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering projects from design through to commissioning. You’ll bring together design intent, technical coordination and on-site delivery to ensure services are delivered to program, cost and quality expectations.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading services coordination and design development across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire and other building systems
• Managing subcontractors and trades to deliver installation safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Driving programme outcomes, procurement tracking and resolving sequencing challenges across trades
• Overseeing commissioning activities to ensure systems are tested, compliant and ready for handover
• Working closely with project teams, consultants and clients to resolve technical challenges and deliver best outcomes

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead the technical delivery of building services and influence outcomes on complex projects.

• Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering
• Proven experience in a Services Manager role on construction projects
• Strong understanding of design coordination, commissioning and building services systems
• Ability to manage subcontractors, programme and competing priorities in a live site environment
• Confident stakeholder engagement across project teams, consultants and clients
• Experience delivering complex projects and leading services delivery end-to-end
