Built isn’t waiting for the future. We’re building it.

This is where you take ownership of how our office runs, day-to-day. You’ll shape the experience for everyone who walks through the door, from first impressions to seamless operations behind the scenes, while working closely with a collaborative and fast-paced team.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of our Canberra office, keeping everything running smoothly while continuously improving how we operate. You’ll be trusted to manage the day-to-day, solve problems as they arise and create an environment where our people can do their best work.

You’ll have a mix of hands-on coordination, stakeholder engagement and process improvement, including:

  • Owning the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring spaces are professional, organised and fully stocked at all times
  • Managing reception and being the first point of contact for visitors, calls and deliveries
  • Coordinating office maintenance, suppliers and facilities to keep everything operating efficiently
  • Supporting onboarding with seamless first-day experiences and setting up new starters for success
  • Assisting with administrative and commercial tasks, including invoices, expenses and vendor setup

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes ownership and is always looking for smarter ways to do things.

  • Experience in an Office Manager, Administration or similar role
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks effectively
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience in construction or property is a plus, but not essential
