The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll lead the engineering delivery of large-scale, complex construction projects — ensuring technical excellence, driving smart solutions and supporting the successful delivery of projects from end to end.

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider team, you’ll take ownership of key project outcomes while mentoring and developing engineers around you.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the technical coordination of projects, from design and procurement through to delivery and close-out
• Drive engineering solutions that keep projects running safely, on program, within budget and to a high standard
• Resolve complex design and construction challenges, bringing a practical, outcome-focused approach
• Lead value engineering and construction sequencing to improve efficiency and reduce risk
• Mentor and guide Project Engineers and Site Engineers, building capability across the team

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a strong engineering leader who enjoys solving complex problems and developing people.

You will bring:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally in complex, high-value environments
• Strong technical capability across construction methodologies, design coordination, and project delivery
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams and manage stakeholders across projects
• Commercial awareness, including procurement, cost control, and contract administration
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
