This is where you step into a key site leadership role. At Built, you’ll take ownership of your work zone on large-scale data centre projects in Marsden Park — leading teams on the ground and playing a critical role in delivering highly technical builds.

The Opportunity

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects on site — coordinating daily activities, leading subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on program, and to a high standard.

Working closely with the wider project team, you’ll take ownership of your work area, build strong relationships across the site, and keep momentum against key milestones.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities within your allocated area
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Drive site safety and compliance, supporting a strong safety culture
• Lead subcontractors and trades to maintain programme and sequencing
• Maintain site documentation and track progress against key milestones

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership presence on site and knows how to keep teams aligned and productive.

You will bring:

• A trade background, with further qualifications in Construction Management or similar (desirable)
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and site delivery practices
• Solid understanding of HSE requirements and quality standards
• Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on site
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
