You’ve delivered complex commercial high-rise projects and know what it takes to get a building from excavation through to completion. The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering complex commercial construction projects from start to finish, leading high-performing teams and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. You'll be responsible for creating certainty across programme, cost, quality and safety while helping drive exceptional project outcomes for our clients.
Key areas where you'll make an impact include:
- Leading the delivery of a major commercial high-rise project through all phases of construction
- Driving programme performance, procurement strategies and resource planning to achieve key project milestones
- Managing project financial performance through forecasting, reporting and commercial decision-making
- Building trusted client relationships and creating strong alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement to ensure outstanding project outcomes and team performance
What We Are Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who has successfully delivered a commercial high-rise project from commencement through to completion. You will bring strong commercial acumen, proven leadership capability and the ability to navigate the complexity and pace typically found within Tier 1 contracting environments.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial high-rise projects from start to finish
- Experience working within a Tier 1 contractor or similarly complex construction environment
- Strong capability across contract administration, procurement, cost management and stakeholder engagement
- A collaborative leadership style with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality and performance outcomes
