As the IT Service Support at Built you will provide hardware and software support which meets user and business needs. You will manage, monitor and track user related issues and resolve them. This is a great all-rounder role where you will maintain all aspects of the Built IT environment.
Experience with onboarding and offboarding of new and old staff is a must have.
Typical Skills Required: Laptop Imaging, Intune, Autopilot, O365, MS AD, Azure Basics, Windows Support, VIP Support, Printer Management, Apple IPhone, Video Conferencing, Service Now, etc.
