HR Business Partner (Parental Leave Contract)

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys being close to the business and making an immediate impact. You'll step into a well-established portfolio, partner with leaders across corporate functions and project teams, and provide practical people advice in a fast-paced environment. As a parental leave contract, we're looking for someone who can confidently hit the ground running and thrive in a hands-on, generalist role.

The Opportunity

As HR Business Partner, you'll support a diverse portfolio, delivering practical people solutions and exceptional employee experiences. You'll work closely with an experienced People & Culture team, including advisory and coordinator support, while helping the business navigate both day-to-day people matters and organisational challenges.

In this role, you will:

• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, organisational change, and people management challenges.
• Lead key people processes including performance reviews, remuneration reviews, talent and succession planning, employee engagement initiatives and workforce planning activities.
• Coach and support leaders to make confident, commercially sound people decisions that balance risk with practical outcomes.
• Use people insights and trend analysis to identify opportunities, influence decision making and support business performance.
• Support the development of team members and contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives as required.

What We Are Looking For

This role will suit an experienced HR Business Partner who combines strong generalist expertise with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. You'll be confident influencing leaders, managing complex matters and delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or equivalent generalist People & Culture role.
• Well-developed employee relations expertise, including experience managing complex cases, restructures and workplace investigations.
• Experience supporting large or diverse employee populations in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence leaders and provide trusted advice.
• A practical mindset, sound judgement and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
