The Opportunity

As a Construction Manager at Built, you'll be a senior leader within our Project Delivery team, overseeing the successful delivery of one or multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients, project teams and industry partners. You'll play a key role in maintaining Built's reputation for exceptional project outcomes, while creating an environment where people can perform at their best.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and empower project teams to deliver complex construction projects safely, on programme, within budget and to Built's high quality standards.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic guidance that drives successful project outcomes and repeat business opportunities.
• Identify and manage project risks early, helping teams navigate challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Drive commercial performance through sound decision-making, effective resource planning and strong stakeholder management.
• Champion innovation, safety and continuous improvement across projects, creating positive outcomes for clients, teams and the broader business.

Success in this role will be measured by the strength of your teams, the quality of project delivery, the relationships you build and your ability to consistently deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

What we are looking for

We're looking for an experienced construction leader who can confidently lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, or significant experience leading large-scale construction projects in a Senior Project Management capacity.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, contracts and project financial performance.
• A track record of building and leading high-performing teams, developing capability and fostering a positive team culture.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• A proactive approach to risk management, problem-solving and decision-making.
• An unwavering commitment to safety, quality and delivering the right outcomes for clients and the business.
