The Opportunity

As part of the Leadership & Capability team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how capability is built across Built. Working closely with leaders nationally, you’ll design and embed scalable capability solutions that strengthen performance today while preparing our workforce for tomorrow.

• Reimagine Built’s early career capability strategy to support the development of future talent
• Design and implement technical capability and competency frameworks across the enterprise
• Lead the evolution of our national professional skills offering, ensuring learning experiences are relevant, practical and impactful
• Facilitate workshops nationally and partner with leaders to embed learning into everyday work
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI coaching, LinkedIn Learning and other innovative capability solutions
• Enhance the national onboarding experience and embed learning into everyday practice

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in capability development, organisational development, leadership or learning within a large, complex organisation
• Expertise in performance consulting, instructional design and the design of competency and capability frameworks
• A pragmatic, commercially minded approach with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels
• Excellent project management skills, with experience leading strategic initiatives from design through to implementation and adoption
• High emotional intelligence, resilience and a collaborative approach, with a commitment to role modelling leadership behaviours
• Willingness to travel interstate regularly and work closely with project and office-based teams
