Built is looking for an organised, proactive Estimating & New Business Assistant to support our Estimating team in securing future projects that align with Built’s total solution strategy.

This is a varied and fast‑paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, relationship management and being at the centre of winning work in the construction industry.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across estimating, bid submissions and business development activities. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure information, documentation and processes are accurate, organised and timely.

• Maintenance of Client Relationship Mapping and Opportunities Database
• Business Development Related activities
• Sub-Contractor Liaison and Database Maintenance
• Administration Assistance
• Document Control
• Commercial Assistance
