Own the numbers, manage risk, and shape outcomes on high‑profile construction projects as a Contract Administrator with Built. As your capability grows, there is a clear pathway into Senior Contract Administrator or Contracts Manager roles, supported by ongoing development and increasing responsibility.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a Contract Administrator to build strong commercial foundations while being supported by experienced project teams. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to how projects are delivered on site while learning how commercial decisions impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial management of construction projects, including procurement, contracts, and cost tracking.
• Assist with measuring works, assessing progress claims, and managing variations under guidance from senior team members.
• Help monitor project costs and commercial risks, ensuring key processes are followed.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams to learn and contribute to successful project delivery.

What we are looking for

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, or Construction Management
• 4–6 years’ experience in a construction, commercial, or contract administration environment, with a willingness to learn and develop.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams in a fast‑paced environment.
