The Opportunity

Mayneline have a need for a Drafter to join their Gold Coast based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate shop drawings for client review, approval, and joinery manufacture in line with production schedules.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Drafting Manager, and Operations to support project start‑up, strategy, and delivery.
  • Maintain drawing registers and manage revisions, ensuring variations and manufacturing risks are identified and communicated early.
  • Coordinate production drawing downloads to meet factory programs and support efficient manufacture and installation.
  • Engage with factory teams and attend site or factory inspections as required to support quality, standardisation, and problem‑solving.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience using Cabinet Vision and/or Pytha for joinery or fit‑out projects.
  • Background in cabinet making, joinery drafting, or related trade experience (on‑site or manufacturing exposure preferred).
  • Strong ability to work across multiple stakeholders while managing priorities, deadlines, and drawing accuracy.
