An opportunity, Built for you

As the Site Manager at Built you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities and ensuring the successful completion of the project within budget, on schedule and in accordance with drawings and specifications.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Responsible for accurate daily measuring and monitoring of structure elements assigned;
  • Site Establishment and Planning - Plan initial occupation of the site and develop formal occupation plan;
  • Quality - Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with codes, standards, and specifications, along with ensuring appropriate work procedures are implemented;
  • Staff Management – Direct, encourage and mentor staff on site ensuring that appropriate information including variations, disputes and other contractual matters are fed back to the Project Manager and Contract Administrator;
  • Subcontractor Management - establish and maintain effective communications with contractors whilst understanding trade scope of works and items to be supplied by subcontractor groups;
