The Opportunity

Based in Perth, you'll take ownership of project document control processes and systems, ensuring information is managed accurately, distributed efficiently and maintained in accordance with project requirements.

Working closely with project leadership, consultants, subcontractors and clients, you'll play a key role in supporting project governance, compliance and delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Aconex and project document control systems.
• Administering drawings, specifications, RFIs, revisions and document registers.
• Coordinating consultant and subcontractor submissions and workflows.
• Supporting QA, HSE and compliance documentation requirements.
• Maintaining accurate project records through to project close-out and handover.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Document Controller who enjoys bringing structure and accuracy to complex projects while building strong relationships across project teams.

You'll bring:

• Proven Document Control experience within commercial construction or a related project environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Aconex and document management systems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
• A collaborative, accountable approach and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle and exposure to project administration responsibilities will be highly regarded.
