An opportunity, Built for you

As the Talent Acquisition Partner at Built you will provide effective internal recruitment services to your stakeholder portfolio group across the business, collaborating closely with hiring managers in various states to deliver a high impact and value add service.

We are open to this role being based outside of Queensland, but travel to other states is a requirement.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Remain abreast of the business unit resourcing requirements by attending resourcing meetings and being the key liaison with hiring managers
  • Keeping up to date with hiring trends to ensure we are reaching out and sourcing quality candidates in the most effective manner
  • Act as a credible partner – brining market intelligence, candidate insights to stakeholders when discussing best approach for resource needs
  • Develop creative and proactive attraction strategies to support targeted campaigns
  • Use data insights to inform hiring decisions and influence workforce planning
  • Actively contribute to national talent acquisition projects and supporting strategic hiring initiatives across all business units.

  • Knowledge in sourcing technical and field-based roles.
  • Confidence in direct sourcing, market mapping and using multiple channels to engage passive talent.
  • In depth knowledge of HR & Recruitment practices
  • A self-starter who is resilient, proactive and is adept at managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • A collaborative and agile approach – you know how to adapt quickly and influence with credibility
