A Site Supervisor role, built for you 

As a Site Supervisor at Built, you'll be an integral member of our project team delivering a major construction project in Auckland.

Built’s Auckland team are currently involved in multiple projects ranging from $5M to $300M, with an enthusiastic individual invited to join the team immediately.

Purpose of the Role

• To provide a highly organised site delivery co-ordination whilst achieving quality, time, OHS and industrial relations requirements
• Supervise construction work during installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, and ensure that work is completed in accordance with drawings and specifications
• To minimise cost and manage preliminaries within cost budget
• Accountable for delivery of the project in the field
• Reporting to Site Manager (or Project Manager) dependent on each project
• To communicate ongoing changes on-site with all trades/ persons, through site toolbox talks and consultation meetings

Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role:

• Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role within the construction industry
• Previous experience working with a 1st or 2nd tier building contractor
• Trade or Tertiary qualifications in a Construction related field
