An Administration & Marketing Assistant role, built for you   

 

As an Administration & Marketing Assistant at Built, you’ll be an integral member of our project teams delivering work across all built-forms ranging from $100K to $1 billion.  

 

You will be responsible for providing marketing support to coordinate the delivery of standardised signage and marketing materials to support marketing & communications initiatives, programs and key deliverables. The role also undertakes team administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Corporate Affairs/PR & Marketing team.

 

The Role

 

The Administration & Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing marketing administration support to coordinate the high quality and timely delivery of standardised Built branded signage and marketing materials to support marketing initiatives, programs and key deliverables.

 

This includes the delivery of standard site signage, collateral and merchandise requests, printing of tender submission documents and marketing materials, and assisting with social content uploads and management. Working to clear production briefs, managing production timelines, logistics and communication, liaising with internal clients/stakeholders and managing signage application to a range of site-based materials and equipment with key external suppliers/vendors.

 

It also includes an even weighting of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Corporate Affairs/PR, Marketing & Submissions Department including invoicing, filing, job tracking and general administration duties pertaining to financial management and contractual/legal documentation support.

Key Skills & Experience

 

Professional:

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check own work
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of brand and commitment to adherence to company protocols and brand guidelines
  • Ability to build good working relationships with internal teams, external providers and stakeholders
  • Excellent teamwork and coordination skills with colleagues and senior managers
  • Ability to effectively manage/coordinate external suppliers to deliver requirements to quality standards, deadlines & budgets
  • Commitment to achieving high standards of internal and external client satisfaction
  • Experience in print production, signage and merchandise management highly regarded but not essential
  • Jobpac experience desirable

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in office administration/operations/project coordination in a relatable role and/or commercial setting
