An opportunity, Built for you

A Services Manager at Built ensures the successful delivery of projects. They are responsible for managing and delivering the services design to brief / specification, and onsite installation within time, cost, and programme requirements.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Services Coordination
  • Trades administration and management
  • Programming
  • Commissioning management
  • Safety and quality control
  • Site inspections

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role at a tier 1 or 2 builder.
  • Demonstratable and thorough understanding of commissioning, design coordination and building codes.
