An opportunity, Built for you

A Senior Site Manager at Built is responsible for leading the delivery of major or complex construction projects, ensuring completion with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is accountable for managing all site operations, mentoring and developing site teams, and fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

• Lead and manage all aspects of site delivery across a full project lifecycle
• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large scale or complex projects
• Oversee all site operations, including multiple zones or high-risk activities
• Mentor and develop site management teams and junior staff

• Trade background or qualification, with tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a site manager role, including large or complex projects over $200M.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, programming, and temporary works.
• Comprehensive understanding of HSE legislation, industrial relations and quality and compliance standards.
• Experience as a Senior Site Manager on defence projects
