The Opportunity

We’re looking for someone eager to dive into the world of Digital Engineering. Years of experience isn’t our main priority - what matters is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. You might come from a commercial construction background and have always been drawn to the digital space, or you may have 1-2 years of experience in drafting or architecture and are keen to apply your skills in construction.

Based in Perth CBD, as a Digital Engineering Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of integrating digital workflows into our projects, driving efficiencies, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

• Collaborating with consultants and subcontractors to ensure models align with project requirements and compliance.
• Supporting digital innovation by implementing tools like various collaboration platforms, point cloud scanning, 4D modelling and virtual reality.
• Contributing to project delivery through model federation, clash detection, and quality assurance.
• Building a culture of knowledge sharing by supporting training and mentoring for project teams.
• Providing valuable insights through regular reporting that highlights progress, successes, and opportunities for improvement.

What we are looking for

You must have:

• A proactive mindset with a passion for solving challenges and delivering high-quality, innovative results.
• An eagerness to learn, with curiosity and the drive to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in, or a strong interest in, Commercial Construction, Digital Engineering, Drafting, or Architecture.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC or Revizto (desirable but not essential)
• Qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Drafting or a related field (desirable but not required).
