An opportunity, Built for you

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor at Built you will provide effective internal recruitment services to your stakeholder group across the business, collaborating closely with hiring managers in various business units to deliver a high impact and value add service.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

Resourcing Needs

• Remain abreast of the business unit resourcing requirements by attending resourcing meetings and being the key liaison with hiring managers.
• Keeping up to date with hiring trends to ensure we are reaching out and sourcing quality candidates in the most effective manner.
• Ensure all candidates are tracked using the ATS (PageUp) and the database is kept up to date.

Talent Identification

• Utilising multiple avenues of candidate sourcing IE: LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networks, active & passive candidates etc to attract high calibre candidates to our business.
• Attend career fairs, open days, and networking events- to build our talent pipeline.
• Explore new talent identification channels and provide recommendations.

Interview and Selection

• Coordinate the end-to-end interview & selection process including extension of offer, ensuring a smooth transition between each stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract (with the view to perm)

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Solid experience in a similar role within a client focused/ service-based organisation
• In depth knowledge of HR & Recruitment procedures
• A self-starter who is resilient, proactive and is adept at managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
