The Opportunity

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the New Mandurah Hospital project. Working closely with Project Engineers, Site Managers and subcontractors, you'll help coordinate site activities, drive quality outcomes and contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of construction works.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and day-to-day construction activities across the project.
• Review drawings, manage technical queries and help resolve on-site challenges.
• Support quality assurance processes, inspections and project compliance requirements.
• Assist with procurement, material management and project documentation.
• Contribute to a strong safety culture and help drive project delivery outcomes.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

We're interested in speaking with Site Engineers who are passionate about construction and eager to continue developing their careers on complex commercial projects.

You'll bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2+ years' experience in a Site Engineering or similar construction role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to build effective relationships across project teams.
• A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
