An opportunity, built for you

As the Services Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing and delivering the services design to brief / specification, onsite installation within time, cost and programme requirements.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

• Attend design consultant meetings, organise and chair workshop meetings and familiarise yourself with drawings, specs and job documentation
• Liaise with contract administration to contribute to evaluation of tenders in the context of site service co-ordination requirements, scope of work and assessing value for money
• Input to program construction to ensure sequence of construction minimises conflict
• Arrange for all necessary documentation and manage the energising/de-energising of all services, along with necessary deliverables to be available prior to project completion
• Manage the timely provision of temporary services in areas of responsibility to ensure adequate and safe conditions are continuously maintained

This is a hands-on role that will see you involved in all facets of service delivery from services coordination, trades administration and management, tenders, programming through to onsite install.

• Previous experience as a services engineer / manager within the construction industry 
• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering; or
• Trade qualification and relevant industry experience
• Experience in the design and construction/installation of building services.
