The Opportunity

As our Senior Financial Accountant, you'll play an important role in maintaining the integrity of Built's financial reporting and compliance obligations across the business. Working closely with the Group Financial Controller and broader finance team, you'll help deliver accurate financial outcomes while contributing to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Key areas of focus include:

• Leading indirect tax, statutory compliance and financial accounting activities across Built.
• Preparing and reviewing tax lodgements, returns and compliance reporting.
• Supporting month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial control activities.
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide accurate and timely financial information.
• Contributing to systems, process and reporting improvements as the finance function continues to evolve.

What We Are Looking For

You may be working in a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm and looking for your first move into industry or already building your career in financial accounting and seeking broader exposure.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Strong technical accounting capability with exposure to tax and compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements, reconciliations and statutory reporting.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• A proactive approach, high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Curiosity, a growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement and change.
• The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and locations.
