The Quantity Surveyor at Built will provide effective commercial management, implementation of contracts whilst managing costs, reporting and supply chain to ensure competitive advantage. 

Here's what a typical day might look like for you:

• Management all project commercials.
• Minimising unnecessary costs.
• Finalising subcontractor scopes and agreements.
• Managing variations and changes to scope both upstream and downstream.
• Managing industrial relations.
• Manage and recommend solutions to quality issues.
• Create and maintain a positive safety culture on site.
