An opportunity, Built for you

As the Quality Manager at Built, you will support project teams by training staff, conducting audits, and ensuring consistent implementation of quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including compliance with Australian standards, system updates, and internal reviews
  • Lead audit programs¸(internal, external, ISO), including planning, execution, reporting, and driving process improvement
  • Oversee non-conformance management, ensuring issues are investigated, corrective actions are implemented, and lessons learned are embedded
  • Support project and tender delivery, providing quality risk assessments, pre- construction input, and guidance across business units
  • Drive quality capability and engagement, including training, stakeholder communication, reporting, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

In this role you will be hands on with the ability to implement change and improve processes and contribute to the success of our project teams.

  • Relevant degree or other service-related qualifications;
  • Process orientated with an eye for detail;
  • Solid experience in a Quality Assurance or related supervisory role in construction;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Building Code of Australia
  • Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of budgeting, procurement and cost control

Your ability to show initiative, adapt to changing situations and your innovative mindset will hold you in good stead.
