An opportunity, Built for you

As the Project Coordinator at Built you will assist in the control of all aspects of contract administration. Preparing, reviewing, maintaining, interpreting and negotiating variations to minimise risk exposure on projects. You will have oversight over the following:

  • Administration – Prepare trade package tender documentation, prepare and monitor the program for pre-completion activities, procurement of trade, set up and manage defects register etc.
  • Contracts Management & Cost Control – Send tender packages to subcontracts, establish and maintain project control registers, assist with preparation of monthly cost reports and forecasting
  • Quality – Become familiar with and follow Integrated Management System policies, recommend changes in design details to increase efficiency

In this role you will have exposure to quality and HSE project requirements and have regular communication with client stakeholders ensuring your skill set is diversified in all aspects of project controls.

  • Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction or Engineering
  • Focused on quality, ability to assess risk and has an eye for detail
  • Related work experience in a similar role with head contractor and subcontractor knowledge (ideal)
