An opportunity, Built for you

As the Pre-Construction Coordinator you will assist in overseeing the planning and preparation phases of our projects, ensuring a smooth transition to project handover. You’ll collaborate with team members to guarantee projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Lead document manager for tenders, bids, ECI’s, etc. (Preconstruction)
  • Manage subcontractor database and distribution of information to our subcontractors
  • Assists bid team in scoping packages to the subcontractor market
  • Reports to the lead of estimating team

You will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the pre-construction phase by providing exceptional administrative services, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance. Your keen eye for detail coupled with your positive can-do nature will help you thrive in this role!

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Business Admin or a related degree
  • Previous experience in a tendering, estimating or bid administration role within the construction industry (ideal)
  • Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and standards
  • Familiarity with construction tendering processes and systems

Your ability to contribute to the team, build strong stakeholder relationships and thrive in a busy Built environment will see your success in this role.
