An opportunity, Built for you

As the People & Culture Coordinator at Built you will be responsible for supporting the business unit in the delivery of People and Culture activities whilst ensuring effective and efficient coordination and supporting both employees and management in various people-related activities. This includes (but is not limited too) advising on policy, on boarding and off boarding, employee relations and coordination of cyclical activities.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Coordination of all on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, including facilitation of company induction, conducting exit interviews etc.
  • Support the wider P&C team with the administration of cyclical operation processes, such as performance reviews, talent mapping and remuneration reviews.
  • Be the primary point of contact for internal HR queries in relation to policy advice and general administrative support.
  • Undertaking adhoc projects and initiatives as directed by the People & Culture team
  • Manage day-to-day people operations administration and regularly review and update processes including people reporting.

This is a hands-on role that will see you be involved in all facets of the employee lifecycle that will really kick start your people & culture career!

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management 
  • Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience in a comparable role
