An opportunity, Built for you

As the Learning & Development Specialist you will have the opportunity to use your extensive L&D experience to design, develop and facilitate effective learning and organisational development solutions using a variety of mediums that lift the capability of our people, embed a learning culture, and support the strategic goals of the business.

Here’s what you can expect to be involved in:

  • Consulting with key stakeholders to define performance requirements and learning needs across your portfolio areas
  • Project managing, designing, and delivering end-to-end learning solutions that incorporates high quality processes and outcomes
  • Leading, managing, and continuously improving programs and initiatives
  • Creating engaging, interactive, and effective learning content across a range of mediums
  • Using our LMS platform to support efficient and effective processes that support learning

You won’t shy away from a challenge and will always own the problem, knowing you’ve got the full support of the team. Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development, Education
  • Extensive L&D instructional design experience in a mid-large organisation
  • Effective project management, performance consulting skills and facilitation experience – in-person and virtual learning workshops
  • Experience in the development of e-Learning and digital learning asset creation. Articulate 360 Storyline experience an advantage
  • Accreditation in behavioural diagnostic tools, e.g. LSI/DISC is an advantage
