The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis functions, while driving transformation across finance systems and processes. This role is pivotal in leveraging data and advanced analytics to enable strategic decision-making and improve business performance.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you: 

  • Develop and execute the FP&A strategy aligned with organisational goals. 
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to provide insights that influence strategic decisions. 
  • Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes. 
  • Lead initiatives to modernise finance systems, tools, and processes. 
  • Establish a data driven culture ensuring data integrity and governance across financial systems. 
  • Oversee and promote a high performance and continuous improvement.
