The Opportunity

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of projects in line with business objectives, considering quality, safety and environmental requirements and overall delivery of resources.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

• Cultivate trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders, while meeting project expectations
• Ensure project profitability through cost management, progress review, and value-added solutions.
• Manage contracts diligently, from procurement to claims resolution, with strict control measures.
• Strategically planning projects, considering resources, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Efficiently manage project timelines and programs to mitigate delays and optimize efficiency.
• Uphold positive industrial relations, regulatory compliance, quality standards, HSE protocols, and staff development.

• Effective leadership through delegation, mentoring, and team building.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with quality focus and risk assessment ability.
• Commitment, accountability, and adaptability demonstrated in actions and team management.
• Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration and problem solving.
• Tertiary qualifications in Building/ Construction Management, or related fields, with a proven track record in project delivery.
