The Opportunity

We're seeking expressions of interest from future engineering and construction professionals interested in joining our Graduate and Cadet Programs in 2027/2028.

As part of our Graduate Program, you'll:

• Participate in a structured two-year development program.
• Rotate across key areas including site, design, commercial, safety and digital.
• Contribute to real project outcomes from day one.
• Access formal development, mentoring and structured support.
• Build the foundations for a long-term career within Built.

As part of our Cadetship Program, you'll:

• Gain paid, hands-on industry experience while completing your studies.
• Work alongside experienced project teams across site, estimating, digital engineering, design coordination and project support.
• Apply classroom learning to real construction challenges.
• Develop practical skills and professional networks early in your career.
• Position yourself for future opportunities within Built's Graduate Program.

Through both pathways, you'll contribute to complex projects across sectors including health, defence, heritage and high-performance construction while developing the skills needed to help shape the future of our industry.

What We Are Looking For

We're interested in hearing from students and recent graduates who:

• Are studying or have recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Property, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate curiosity, initiative and a genuine interest in the construction industry.
• Enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to team success.
• Are adaptable and excited by innovation, technology and new ways of working.
• Take ownership, communicate effectively and are eager to learn.
