An opportunity, Built for you

The Construction Manager will Lead all activities of staff, sub-contractors and consultants involved in construction tasks and ensure that work is carried out within construction program requirements, including control of health & safety, environmental, costs & quality.

Here's what a typical day might look like for you:

• Lead and maintain a positive HSE culture and contractor amenities.
• Managing Quality Assurance for targeting a zero-defect handover.
• Responsible for site establishment and planning, including establishing project office and determining access requirements.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation and maintenance manuals, specifications and drawings.
• Ensuring compliance with local legislation, the Built Management System and processes ▪ Working closely with the Safety Department to ensure the correct implementation of the Construction Phase Plan.

• Relevant experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role. 
• Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction or Engineering. 
• Ability to mentor and lead junior members of staff.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Has a problem-solving mindset and ability to think outside the box to offer innovative solutions.
