The Graduate Program

Built’s two‑year program combines structured learning, hands‑on project experience and personalised development to help you accelerate your growth with clarity and confidence.

You will rotate through core technical and project delivery areas including:

• Site supervision and project delivery
• Design coordination and digital construction
• Contract management and procurement
• Safety, sustainability and quality
• Exposure to services, planning, programming and project controls

You will also have access to formal training, internal learning workshops, mentoring, our Graduate Development App and regular career pathway support.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking graduates who:

• Have recently graduated/ or will be graduating in 2026 and are ready for full time work in February 2027 
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Construction Law, Construction Engineering, Architecture or Design, Quantity Surveying or another related degree
• Are curious, driven and eager to learn
• Enjoy solving problems and working collaboratively
• Communicate well and build strong relationships
• Are ready to start in February 2027
