An opportunity, Built for you

The Level 2 IT Application Support Analyst will provide advanced technical assistance to internal users across Built. The role focuses on supporting the key applications used in construction project delivery.

Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Provide Level 2 technical and functional support for Built’s core applications, including, but not limited to, Aconex, Lucidity, Fieldwire and Autodesk.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex application issues raised by Level 1 support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendor customer success and account managers.
  • Support integrations and data flows between applications to maintain information accuracy across platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT, business teams, and project delivery groups to understand system requirements and pain points.

The new way forward, Built by you

Your success here will be defined by the energy you bring to work every day. You’ll love what you do and have a “roll up your sleeves and get things done” approach. You won’t shy away from a challenge and will always own the problem, knowing you’ve got the full support of the team. Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a system support specialist or similar role. Ideally with at least one year in a Level 2 support role.
  • Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritisation. Execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
